Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, fulfillment, shipping, and customer-service tools. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Shopify provides the commerce platform, but purchases are made from Decoraway.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or provided by the manufacturer. This section does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decoraway will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires a different result.
